Smart Tang

Seaweed is a superhero that should be introduced to kids early. Together with Wavy Wonders, we are developing an afterschool snack with sugar kelp, to satisfy their umami cravings. This is a part of the GUDP-project “Smart Tang” at Aarhus University, which aims to showcase efficient production of sugar kelp in Denmark.
